the breakfast had a large selection. there was something for everyone. the breakfast service staff were excellent. cleaners were always very friendly. they did a great job.

the pool is cold. it is out of the sun half the day. the rooftop bar looks like it's never been open. there are a few bed chairs up there but that's it. the photos are very deceptive.

school noise cold pool

the noise was quite noticeable, especially during school hours (the school is right next door). i also found the breakfast to lack variety. it seemed the same options were offered daily. the pool was too cold for a refreshing swim.

a really good choice

friendly staff clean room great service good location

the cleaning staff and kitchen staff offered great service. the rooms were clean, though the balcony view was not the best. i found lots to do around the hotel, so i did not stay inside much. i would definitely consider staying here again.

the pool was often in the shade, so it felt very cold. i could not really swim comfortably.

Breakfast included a large selection, with choices for everyone and excellent service. The breakfast service staff were attentive, i also enjoyed the cocktail maker and pool attendant ghan.

the location is topsteps away from both the public beach and entertainment areas. convenience stores are nearby, and transportation is readily available with grab. i found the area easy to navigate.

the staff was modern and focused on satisfying customer needs. the 24-hour front desk was helpful, especially when checking in late, and they provided free luggage storage. the staff quickly resolved a room issue, moving me without problems.

great location friendly staff clean room

the location was great, only a short walk to the beach and the night market. the staff was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. the room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well!!!

the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, making it a little difficult to shower quickly.

unbearable noise hard pillows

the room was clean, and that's about the only thing that met my expectations.

The noise from the school next door was UNBEARABLE!!! i was woken up at 7 am every morning. it continued loudly until 5 pm. my balcony faced the schoolyard, which amplified the noise. Earplugs didn't even help. i'd rather have a bar playing music until 2 am than a school with constant noise all day. the pillows were also too hard for my liking!!!
